How Old Do I Have To Be To Order From You?

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country to view or purchase products from BEYOND PLEASURE LLC. If you are not of legal age, you must leave beyondpleasure.net immediately.


What Is Your Return Policy?

We allow returns to be made 5 calendar days after you have made your purchase if you are not content with your purchase.  The max refund amount we will accept a return for is $150.  Items must be shipped back in brand new (unopened) condition and the shipping fee's are the responsibility of the buyer for these returns.  Please keep in mind, there is a 30% restocking fee for returns.  If an item is defected or damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee.  


What is Your Defective or Damaged Item Policy

All items shipped from our locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well.  If you receive an item from us that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.


How Do I Track My Order?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your package is shipped out.  You will be able to track it’s arrival this way.  Please allow up to 24 hours from the order date for tracking information.

Is My Payment Information Secure?

Yes, we take security very seriously.  Our merchant processor is of course PCI compliant and all transactions on our website go through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).


Which Payment Options Do You Accept?

Our payment process is PayPal and Square, the trusted leader in payment processing.  Through PayPal and Square, you can pay with your PayPal balance or with most major credit cards such as Visa, America Express, Discover and Mastercard.


When Is My Order Shipped?

We don't like to over promise and under deliver.  We would love to ship all orders right away but that won't be the case all the time.  All orders are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your payment, weekends not included.  Depending on the current order volume we have and the available staff in our warehouse, your order could be shipped in 24 hours or less.  We wanted to provide full transparency with our shipping timelines and thank you for your understanding.  If you have a rush order that needs to get out the same day, please contact our representatives via phone or email and discuss the options you have.

What Are My Shipping Options?

We offer a few different shipping options.  We focus on using USPS, UPS and FedEx so depending on your orders weight and dimensional size, we will always pick the most cost-effective method unless you specify to us via email at the time you place your order which of these carriers you would like.


What Are Your Shipping Fees?

The answer to this question depends on a few factors.  We generally ship smaller items and smaller order amounts with USPS.  Larger orders or bulk orders get shipped with UPS or FedEx.  Shipping fees increase depending on the volume of items, dimensional weight of package and product destination.
